Bell Lap

“Bell Lap” is one of my entries into the 2010 Fraser Downs Racetrack Art Show and Sale. I took the reference photograph a couple of years ago during a race at Fraser Downs. There was snow on the ground and it was quite chilly. This painting depicts the final lap in the race. Is entry number one going to pull ahead of the lead horse?
