Rush Hour

A pack of standardbred pacers round the curve of a track. Each driver edges perilously close to the others around him, angling for position in the final straightaway.

The horses themselves maintain a specific speed, never quite breaking into a gallop as they race for the finish line.

”Rush Hour” was juried into the 2008 Harness Tracks of America Scholarship Art Show and Auction. It won an award of Special Excellent and sold at the Tattersalls sales auction.
