Babycheeks

A young reddish-brown colt stands expectantly, head turned to look over his right shoulder. A white strip runs from forehead to the tip of his nose, the only place (other than his white stocking feet) where he is not a rich, earthy red color.

The colt’s dark mane and tail seem to whisk impatiently, as he waits, ears cocked forward, listening for his master’s approach.

“Babycheeks” was juried into the 2011 Rocky Mountain Horse Expo show “Art In the Park”, Denver, Colorado.

This colt, now an adult, is named “Time Flies”. He was born in 2004, is a registered Canadian Sport Horse bay gelding by Timely Venture out of Practically Yours. Bred and raised by Lynda Rivington of Ottawa, Canada. He was purchased as a two year old by the Drew family of Osgoode, Ontario, for their daughters who assisted with his training and schooling as he matured, and now compete with him in hunter classes around the Ottawa area.
